Malaysia:

If both MEPS bank routing code and Account number match between 2 bank accounts, the 2‌^nd^ bank account is a bank duplicate account and should be rejected.

SEPA countries (excluding UK), Gibraltar and non-SEPA countries those require IBAN:

If IBAN matches between 2 accounts, the 2‌^nd^ bank account is a duplicate bank account and should be rejected.
